The topics we cover are customized to address the specific difficulties you're experiencing and can include:

  • How to customize your workspace so that you feel physically comfortable while working.
  • How changing the layout and look of your space can bring creativity and enthusiasm back into your work.

Many people work in damage-control mode on a daily basis, putting out one fire after another. Changing these established patterns requires commitment and continuity over a period of time.

The Personalized Office Program isn't a quick fix. Instead, it gives you the opportunity look deeply and comprehensively at what you need to get out of damage-control mode so that you can build systems that create stability and growth for your business.

How it works

Initial meeting: Our first meeting consists of a 90-minute planning session which is conducted on the phone.

During this first session, we tap into the enthusiasm and passion you have for your work and then tie organization into the picture. This helps you experience organization as a way of serving and caring for your business.

On-going sessions: From there, we meet every other week for 11 weeks for a total of 6 sessions. At each meeting, we discuss your progress and bring awareness both to the systems that support your business and the ambiance which inspires your best work.

You may be surprised to discover that most solutions don't require you to buy a lot of products or gizmos. Often the simplest solutions are the most effective.

Homework: You're encouraged to be in contact by email between sessions and will occasionally have homework assignments designed to increase your clarity and help you stay motivated. The process is an organic one and the deeper you dive into the program, the better and more permanent your results.

Wrap-up session: On your last session, we evaluate your progress and discuss the natural steps that might come next. You'll leave with a plan, a feeling of accomplishment, and a workspace you love.

What you get

The Personalized Office Program is designed for you to see a dramatic difference in your office functionality within this 12-week period.

The following are included in your program fees:

  • A 90-minute planning meeting to unearth your specific challenges and illuminate your vision
  • A list that breaks down your vision into specific action steps
  • 60-minute meetings every other week, with tasks to complete before the next phone session
  • Additional assignments and worksheets, as needed
  • Unlimited email support, with access to my personal email address and phone number
  • A 60-minute wrap-up session that includes ideas for a future action plan

If you would like to feel more hope, have more clear space, and feel aligned with the passion that started your business in the first place, all you have to do is begin. The knowledge and support are here for you to lean into.

What it costs

First and foremost, your time.

You must be ready to work on your space for at least an hour and a half each week, in addition to meetings and check-in emails. This is the best way to get results.

Secondly, money.

Budget: While there is no requirement to purchase additional furnishings, organizing supplies, or decorative embellishments, you may find that allowing yourself a budget will create spaciousness in your planning (even if you don't use any of it).

Program fees:The 12 week program is $794 and only three spots are currently available.

You may pay the whole amount in one installment of $794 or in three installments of $265 deducted automatically each month from your credit card.

Before we started working together, my office was okay... except that the piles would come and multiply at night. It was fairly common that I couldn't see my desktop, and that I would go into overwhelm trying to track everything that was going on- projects and tasks like snowflakes, everywhere...
